Hello Colleen, if you use Site Content, you will find a photo icon next to the spell checker and grammar icon. There are over one million free images there. You can also checkout Unsplash.

If you've got Office, just download your desired pic, open it in Office and resize it.
If you haven't, search resize image and you'll find free tools to do so.
