This stuff overwhelms me. It looks good. Is the siteRubix wine site the same theme? It looks really, really good. I'm not at all certain I can do that. But...tell me more if you're looking for guinea pigs. Thanks Robert
Hi Robert, if you set up a new website using the free domain name, then you can upload the theme and the sample data, and you have a website exactly as you see it on the example. The idea is, try it out, let me know what you think, any ideas that could improve it...
I would recommend using a free siterubix domain to try it out. Just download the theme and the sample content and you are away.

Hi there! I see that you use elegant themes. I also like it very much. But since I am new in all this field, I wonder whether are these themes part of the Wordpress.org theme set? I'm asking that because I red Kyle's post : Covert Store Builder - Do Not Buy This Theme , and want to know are these elegant themes allowed here at WA?

There is an added cost to the Elegant themes. Not sure what it is and you get a lot of themes, but I would try and see what you can do with what is FREE and if you get to that point in your site where you just need something more, you will have it. I know there are issues with the code of elegant themes not being easy to translate into other WP options.
I have since invested in Elegant Themes and I am very impressed with how they work, the flexibility and scope. They mostly come with a GPL licence too so if you want to sell them on you can.

The only problem with Elegant themes is that you have to renew your membership every year.
Also with the the drag and drop builder that they use, you will never be able to change the theme to anything other than Elegant, as the code is not readable with other themes.
A far better option would be Studiopress. You pay once and get lifetime access to all themes, and new releases.
Also the code on Studiopress themes is a lot lighter, which is great for SEO

Paul, Tommo, it is worth finding out about GPL licensing that comes with most wordpress themes. In fact, avoid themes that do not have the GPL. There should be no need for a lifetime membership with Elegant themes, they will not stop working after the year, you are free to do what you want with any of the themes, even resell them.

Hi Craig I have used ET's and have had little or no problem with them. Also anytime I go to support to tweak a setting in the CSS they are more than helpful.
There is a panel in the dashboard where you can enter custom CSS so you don't have to edit the main CSS which is always a problem when updating themes to the new version. Others may have another view but I say go for it.
