Hello everyone!

My passion is helping others become more self reliant, taking charge of their lives instead of letting others run it. Doing what’s best for them instead of following the herd. Helping them to be prepared for whatever comes their way.

After losing my mother and grandmother to lymphoma and my father and brother to lung cancer, I figured it’s not looking too good for me. I’ve done tons of research on ways to decrease my chances of getting cancer and live a healthy life.

I truly believe that God has given us everything we need to live long, happy, healthy lives. We don’t need to create nasty chemicals that are only going to hurt us more in the long run.

I personally use herbs, essential oils, and supplements to live a healthier life. Even with my diagnosis of osteoarthritis, I feel better than I have in years.

I’m building a website to share the information I’ve collected. Webinars will be added to show others what I’ve learned. I will also add affiliates so people can try the same things that have helped me.

Hey Cris, how's everything coming along now that you've been a member for a few days? I hope you've found your way into the "Get Started Here" training toward the top of the menu on the left and that you're enjoying yourself so far!

Some people gravitate towards the "Affiliate Bootcamp" training which is something I don't recommend right off of the bat if you've never made money in internet marketing before. I have a detailed blog post covering this topic if it's something you're wrestling with and you'd like me to send you the link.

I know that may be a bit confusing, but if you have any questions at all don't hesitate to ask! I hope you're enjoying your time here so far :)

I've explored a lot of the WA website and I think it will help greatly with creating my multiple streams of income.I am interested in the Affiliate Bootcamp as one of those streams.I also have plans for three other niches, dog playtime being one of them.

Yes, please send me the link to the above mentioned blog post.

Thank you!

Thank you Cris for the follow and many blessings to you here at WA. If you need any help remember to post your question in the comments section or on live chat, and someone will be able to help you.

I created a short but informative training tutorial for all New Members that tell you what you can do here at WA and most importantly give you a link to the RULES of WA and what you cannot do here. If you have the time or wish to, please check out the rest of my training (Bottom Right Blue Button) on my profile page. I explain ways to help you build a better website, ways to make some extra $$$ with your WA training, and best practices here at WA. I also post a humorous blog on first Sunday of every month. Enjoy!

It looks like you're moving along very nicely, Cris! I see you have your profile all setup and hopefully you've been engaging with the community a bit!

I keep a pretty good pulse of my referrals here, especially the ones that are working hard to help themselves (and so do the co-founders of Wealthy Affiliate, Kyle and Carson), so if you're willing to work hard here, I'm happy to help support you every way that I can!

Let me know if there's anything I can help you with.

Thanks for keeping an eye on me. I think I 'll be sticking around for a while. The doggie niche is just the start while I figure out what I'm doing. I plan to have multiple niches and eventually incorporate my real estate referral business.

I've had websites of my own before but they were mostly boilerplate. I played with the Wordpress website builder and may need some help there. I'll let you know.

Thanks!

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

Since dogs have always had a special place in my life, I'm thinking "Doggie Playtime" for my niche. The "dog toys" example that I ran into here gave me the idea. I'd like to focus on things to do with your dog. There are tons of things to blog about and many products to refer people to.

Any comments?

I definitely think it could work! The affiliate commissions on things like dog toys will probably be very small, but in time as you get more established, there may be more potential to find (or create) information products that might sell well to your followers, which would likely also pay much better.
