Working from home can be one of the most exciting thoughts anyone can ever imagine! Not only do you not have to answer to anyone (possibly the wife) but you get to live life on your terms with no strings attached!

The fun part is having to go out to purchase the most comfortable chair that you know you will be in for sometimes hours at a time. Making sure you have the most wonderful office desk, with natural lighting and freshly painted walls! Family photos!! Can't forget that! -(Such stress I know) lol...

Ok, seriously, let's get real!

Do you really want to know how to work from home and start making a profit? Enough to replace your income or to be able to travel the world? Most of the time we sit at our desks totally engaged to posts, blogs, what someone is sharing, likes, subscribes - but why not get engaged with a family of people online that share experiences, thoughts and ideas with how to work from home! Basically start making a profit from.. just being you! A job where you can work to make your dreams come true, and not your bosses! The best part about it is that there are so many ways to do it! There are so many platforms that you could use to get well on your way to starting this today! The problem however is that there are way too many scams out there just waiting to take advantage of you. Be careful and make sure you fully research what it is your getting into.

Introduction

Before I begin, Ill tell you a little about myself. I am a father of three boys and I love spending every my free time coaching, counselling and trying to show them what being a "man" is all about (sorry if this offends anyone). From teaching them to clean up after themselves, to learning how computers work and do what it is they do. So I'm sure by now you can already see that I love my time with them. We all know it's the one things everyone agrees that we can never get back. I knew that the longer I wait, the less time I have to make that plunge into the online world to get started with trying to replace my current income so right away, I jumped on board.

I had a friend message me who I used to chill with but we've moved to different locations in Canada. Although I don't see much of my friend anymore, he sent me this link about a month ago, and told me that I should check it out.

Note: I did sign up for a platform years ago in which it sounded very legit. Upon paying my initial $60 startup fee, I was given access to only a portion of the training and I had to pay another $60 to unlock another small portion which I refused to pay. I cut my losses and decided to give up once again.

My friend sent me a link to Wealthy Affiliate. He explained to me that its a very good way to make money online - An opportunity to

make tons of money. At first with my previous experience I was somewhat skeptical of the idea. He then explained that I should at least make an account and check out the first of the training videos, the platform and see how detailed the training videos were before I take the next step. He continued by telling me not to buy anything.

To me this was somewhat of a shock... But he said not to upgrade my account until I am finished the first section of the training. He also informed that once I begin making money online, then I can use that money to upgrade and unlock the remainder videos. To me this seemed like a pretty straight forward idea. I get to learn for free, I get to see what its all about, I can engage with the community and have a little time to decide if its the right thing for me? And the best part, If I back out there's no loss as they don't require any credit card information so nothing will be secretly billed without me knowing? How can I possibly lose?

So I took the plunge.

One Month Later:

I am still struggling with traffic, and still wondering what my Rank is on Google so I can see if my new post made it anywhere or helped it improve at all.

With time I know I'll figure this out... Just giving it time :P
