Little Things Can Be a Big Boost
After some hesitation, I made my first application for an affiliate program last night. I wasn't sure how it would go, given that my site isn't really that impressive yet, but I was happy to receive an email informing me of my acceptance this morning.
So now, I have to go explore that and learn about how to incorporate things into my site, but it gave me a bigger boost than I expected. I feel more "legitimate" now. I have a couple of other programs to investigate as well, but I am happy that I was approved on my first try with my first choice.
Hopefully this is the start of everything coming together.

But I would suggest you make the website title more available as it is heard to read and huddled up in the corner!
Also I have just been through a color change and maybe try changing from green to blue???

Thanks for the feedback! Much appreciated. I started that site just to fool around and have fun while learning, but I'm kind of enjoying it....
As for the logo/ title... That was the result of me playing with Canva. It was intended to be a placeholder until I could figure out how to do something better. I am not at a point yet where I know how to manipulate that kind of stuff, or I would, indeed, make it larger and more visible.
And funny that you mention the colour... I've been thinking that I would change it when I redo it.

It's pretty cool, actually. I'm excited, even if it doesn't do anything for me right away. I'm going to be one of those guys who earns his first commission of $1 and goes out to buy a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Ha ha

I had to go out and get some food before I starve. I've been so busy doing this, the days are going by fast and I can't get off of here!
Every task you complete seems to lead to 2 more... I can easily spend entire days working at this now.
