Best Way to Increase Website Traffic - Scale Up Your Content
There are many ways to get more traffic to your website but I have always been a firm believer in focusing on adding content.
Sure, I have tried PPC and Ads campaigns on Facebook which helps in the short term but for me the best way to increase your website traffic is by organic means.
That means getting to work without any excuses. I am on course for 200 posts in 12 months and that is the main reason my traffic has been on a steady climb.
There have been ups and downs mentally and physically but I have always soldiered on even when it felt like it was in the face of adversity.
I haven't reached the point of quitting yet but I've been close. That day may still be around the corner but not before I have given it my all.
200 posts in 12 months is an average of 16.67 per month. That's a lot of effort but I know there are others who do a lot more than this. I have studied and researched a lot of blogs.
I still feel that adding content is the best way to increase your website traffic and I will continue to write like a madman until my trickle turns into a stream, or river, or wherever I am right now.
Today I wrote and published 2 posts both over 1100 words each. Last week I also published 2 in one day. If you are serious about making your website a success, it's time to get to work.

Content, content, content! That is what Kyle preaches. The more content, especially content, the more you will increase your traffic, but the big factor is staying consistent! If you start and stop and start stop, you're traffic will take a lot longer to grow! Trust me, I've been learning this the hard way, but I am getting back into the swing of things and finding ways to stay consistent.

Awesome mate. I'm on 140 right now so pushing for 200 at the 1 year mark. Still 3 months to go, so it should be within my reach.
I have no doubt that you'll get to 200 at your 1 year mark. My goal is to reach the next 200 in a much shorter time frame. It should not have taken me as long as it did to reach that goal and that's what happens when I've not always been consistent. I want to be consistent going forward.
Yes I think it's important to maintain consistency. Good advice. I may have to scale my posts down a bit since I am considering starting a new site but I will try and maintain 3 per week.
3 per week is a great number. I've got a second website, but I had put it on the backburner for the time being as I worked a little bit harder on trying to earn more revenue on my first website.
I am yearning to start back up on my second website again though as I really want to promote Wealthy Affiliate and help people avoid scams (not just the make money scams).
Good luck, it's a tough niche I think and quite competitive but the rewards are great. I'm going to try another niche, but I'm not sure if I will build another authority site or do a mini niche site first.

I could not afford PPC or ad campaigns...
so I am thinking along the same lines as yourself
I am writing three posts per week since I finished the training courses here at WA, which was back in March,
i hope to get to 100 and see how I am going afterwards
Its great to see your commitment and its also inspiring to others here at WA, who may not be feeling positive about their progress

Wow. It's actually back to basics right? It all comes down to content. That is what we are thought from the beginning. I have to get to work like you. Persistence is key!!! Keep on keeping on Craig! :)
That is what I have been thinking...I just need to focus on adding posts. Thanks for this reminder that it really is the best way...at least for some of us without big advertising budgets or staff to spend hours on social media every day!
