10 days off and earnings still rising
You may or may not have noticed but I haven't been around much recently. I've had the last week off work since it was a national holiday here and we had to take extended leave.
I hate to admit it, but I was very lazy and did nothing on my website. However, this didn't affect my traffic and my earnings for June have increased from the previous month.
I didn't reach my next target of $500 / month but I was just shy of it. Next few weeks are going to be very busy for me (with my f/time job) so I will struggle to work on my website but I will try and do a couple of posts per week.
I just wanted to share this to show how you CAN take some time off without having too much of a negative effect on your site. Of course, if I hadn't taken time off I may have surpassed my $500 target for June.

Balance is everything, and as you say, with this online marketing, you kind of are paying it forward...The work is cumulative, so the times away are not as drastic as a normal job where no work no pay often applies (unless on vacation)...Good to hear you got some down time and also that things are still going in the right direction online too! Cheers Dave. I've been hard at it for last 9 months so I guess that counts for a lot. When you take a break it's harder to get back into that groove. At least that's what I feel. But I will defo keep going especially since things are still moving forward.
