First of all congratulations on this achievement Craig and hope that newbies like me can get there too... just had a two question... one that I ask here is have you ever spend anything on paid advertising for your page or did you achieve this just through free traffic generating methods? Hey there. Early on I spent maybe $20 dollars on targeted Facebook advertisements for my niche. Not only did they not drive a single like or share, but they mostly just drove a bunch of super high bounce rate traffic. I think in general social is one of my highest bounce rate traffic sources.
I would say get your posts in order first and focus on building posts that you know have a chance to convert (based on organic traffic) and then push people to them with paid ads once you know they work to an extent.
Unless of course you have money to burn, but I know most of us are doing this on a shoestring budget until we see it working :).
