I understand the community based support and great tutorials here, but I'm also wondering are we allowed to help people having real problems get started, or with specific
Hi Craig I will always help anyone and have done it many times I write may Training blogs that i could just post as a training and actually earn from WA but you know I prefer not to -
Why because I believe in pay it forward because if you help other you will get help yourself!

What I am seeing in chat sometimes is that there are some people who reach a hurdle, don't understand a tutorial or a blog, and get totally frustrated... Even to the point of calling this community a scam or just simply quitting.
I don't want to be viewed as a scammer or money maker out of this, but I feel if we are allowed to support people through those hurdles, we can help improve the community and their success in this.
With that it it takes time to spend a few hours a day with someone. So my question is, is it right to at least ask for a small fee to help? Certainly won't be making me rich, but I think it helps those who really are serious, and my time is valuable too right?
In fact I make more $ each day on Wordpress help sites. But I know what I've learnt here will benefit me more in the long run.
So I want to make sure as many people as possible learn this also.
I know what you mean and one of my friend actually said me me what are you not paid for all the help you are giving but for me it just does not seem right because I am getting as much out from WA
I think the person that quits because they don't understand a tutorial and calls WA a scam is also going to donthe same thing when you approach them and offer to help them for a fee. It would also be bordering on breaking rule 19 and a few others: Spam is a NO NO! A few years ago, WA actually had a place where members could ask for paid help or advertise services to other members, but that's been done away with for some time.

Looks like this had been tried and proven not to be of benefit then.
I just get a little frustrated seeing some people asking for help in a fast moving chat, and it seems hard to help.
Maybe a "new member" chat and "member chat" function could help?
I think with the way the system is today, your best bet is to create training to help eliminate the points of confusion or to clarify existing training. You can then link to that training and other members can link to the training as well.
Kyle has asked people to leave their suggestions on a relatively recent blog post. If you feel like you have ideas that could improve WA, then I would recommend leaving them in a comment here: Wealthy Affiliate Review in 2017, An Open Discussion

Hi Craig. One of the many reasons WA is so great is because of the 24/7 help you can get in Live Chat that's free. Keep in mind that many people here are on the free plan meaning that they don't have money to pay someone to help them.
I understand where you are coming from but I personally wouldn't charge to help someone in WA. Alanna

Just wondering if anyone uses something called Rankcipher? Does it work, or is it just another scam?

You're better off learning from the training here. You don't need that kind or product which has tons of upsells. Just do the training here which you'll learn how to write content that will rank and bring you traffic for free. The best targeted traffic is organic search traffic.
