Your website is live the minute you hit the create my website button. Since there is no content on it and it is new it will take quite a while before you will get rankings in Google and start getting a good amount of traffic to it. This all depends on how often you write content and how much time you spend on your website each day.

If you spend a good amount of time writing content you could start getting ranking and traffic sooner. Follow the training and if you have any further questions feel free to send me a message and I would love to help you out.

The site is live the moment you create it. Once you've chosen your theme & hit make my site, the home page as displayed in the theme is published. Every time you add a page & press publish it gets added to the live site. I have a disclaimer on the bottom of my home page that says the site is under construction.

My newest site I had "about" page "privacy" page "home" page published and indexed by Google in three days.

That would depend on ones own speed, its going to take me a while lol.
