You have to add the TAG's at the bottom of your post and you use some words relevant to the blog...
For example, here you can find a very interesting blog ;-) How to find the solution to your question on WA And the tags used are "WA search bar", "how to use" & "enter subject".
I always add 3 tags actually...

If I want to use conent from published books, how do I get permission to use such content?
It depends on the type of content you want to use and how you are planning on using it. Images and diagrams usually need direct permission. However quotes or excerpts just usually need to be referenced.
