The Magic Vision Board

Do any of you use a vision board? I created one about a year and a half ago ... while I was starting my training to become a life coach. I really wasn't too sure about the whole thing ... but guess what ... it worked!

This is my board. I have it right beside my computer where I see it many times each day. I desperately needed a new car ... and had no way of knowing how I was going to get one ... my old car had 317,000 miles on her and she was dying. I have a new car. I wanted to become a coach but had no way to pay the $5,000.00 tuition and guess what ... yep ... completed my training and now I am one! I wanted more FUN and more JOY in my life ... and now I am building my business with that very theme ... I never saw that coming when I created my board. I wanted better health, wellness and fitness ... and though I am still working on it ... my numbers are better than they have been for more than 30 years and I am off all prescription medications. And though, I have not yet got that running money stream ... I have a direction, a plan and I'm making progress - every day! I have not experienced this much peace and tranquility in years ... not that my stresses have lessened that much ... but my attitude and mind set has! So the question remains ... do you use a vision board?

You might want to try it!

I believe it works!

Blessings, Melody

Wow thats so awesome! Good for you. You have me wanting to know more about this vision board. Keep up the good work.
Have a great day!

Wow! You are an impressive individual Melody. I look will forward to more blogs from you. Sue

That is quite a board and you have had great success by looking at it everyday. It,s definitely working for you.

Happy to hear so much has gone well for you. A board might not be a bad idea at all!

That's wonderfull Melody, your story gave me "goose bumps" and I'm considering starting a vision board of my own. Thanks for sharing. Shlomo

Hi Melody! - I'm changing things around in my life too - using the same sorts of methods as you...

One of the things I say - 'Out Loud' every morning is:

'Something Wonderful is going to happen today!'

I also say:

'I have All the time in the world!'

If you don't already - I suggest you try those - makes you feel - 'Wonderful!'

** Have a Great Productive Day! **

My Best to you Melody!

Kindest regards

David

Well said David.

I had one before in my last venture, but, anyway that will be my next project.

I agree with Steve I did the same thing I actually started one but slowly forgot about it perhaps that wasn't the right time but now is the right time thank you Melody for the reminder and kick up the backside we need times to get us going again.
Stay sweet as you are Melody take care be well thank you

This is fascinating, but how exactly do you create one? Do you use a bulletin board then arrange your images/goals on it? I have never heard of or made one of these, but would love to try it.

Do you think the success it gives you is related to visually seeing what you want to achieve, so then your mind makes it happen? I hope that makes sense, lol.

Thanks for sharing this. :)

You can pin them to a cork board or tape them to a white board. I used to take pictures of things I wanted and stick em to my fridge with magnets. Whatever works:)

That is exactly how it works. Your subconscious mind wants to achieve exactly what it is that you envision ... the mind works better in pictures ... so you look at your board and imagine yourself having already achieved that which you desire. The more senses you can involve in the visioning the better. Feel it ... feel how it looks, smells, tastes. Imagine what it is that you see around you, what you hear, and what you can touch. Practice this a couple time daily. The board can be made out of anything - mine is just on construction paper. Get pictures, sayings, whatever supports your dreams and glue them on. Easy-peasy art project!

I love how you have achieved what you have so far.

I have to try this. I have been listening to music that has subliminal affirmations in it for the last few years, but a "Magic Vision Board" seems more fun, and I love to think in pictures/scenes.

Thanks so much for this post and your tips-much appreciated. ;)

Thanks, Steve. :)

PS Don't think I'm crazy, I deleted/messed up my reply to you-sorry! Lol. Time for sleep.

I was considering doing one of these a while back but I didn't get around to it. I really should do 1:)

You should for sure ... and make sure that you dream BIG! I'm thinking that it's about time to update mine! I got lots more that I'd like to accomplish!

I have a nice blank wall right next to my computer that would be perfect for a board. And dreaming BIG has never been a problem for me:)

This is one of the lessons I include in my 30 Day Challenge Coaching Program that I will be offering on my site. It is a great tool .. . and easy to make .. and it doesn't cost a dime!

Nice. I will be checking that out:)
