Do I have to install it on my site or is it already installed?
I am confused again. I am computer illiterate apparently.

Yes, Wealthy Affiliate works with WordPress, which is already installed.
As a Premium (congrats on that too), you can have a choice of themes you can install. Generatepress might already be installed automatically for you, which is a great theme to start.
So go through the training and apply what Kyle teaches you, and you are good to go.
Make sure before you create your website, you select a niche before you name your website.
All is explained in training; that is why it is important to follow the lessons given to give you the best user experience.

If you create your site within the websites menu here at WA and follow the training then your new site will be created with wordpress installed and the theme of your choice in place.
If you follow the training below you will learn everything you need to know, step by step. Getting Rolling!
