Eating At The Right Times Can Lead To Weight Loss And Longevity.
I was viewing a report by UT Southwestern Medical Centre that suggests- the time of the day you eat is more critical to weight loss than the amount of calories ingested.
Scientist also believe the timing of food consumption may be the route by which dietary habits can lead to longevity; (Circadian Rhythms)
Circadian Rhythm-often referred to as the body clock; it is a cycle that tells your body when to sleep, rise, eat-regulating many physiological processes.(Google.com)
`When I read that I immediately thought of the Blue Zone, which does add some confirmation to the research. Among the many factors that contribute to the longevity is the fact that the inhabitants of the Blue zone eat a heavy breakfast, a moderate lunch and a light dinner.
The people from the Blue Zone also eat until there are 80% full.
Most people eat their heaviest meal at dinnertime and eat until they are full.

I eat my heaviest meal by 1p. I cannot eat and then go to sleep. Salads I can eat all day long. I do not care for pasta, bread, etc; so I do not eat a lot of that. I can eat veggies all day long.
I think I see artichoke hearts and olives in there Courtney. Amazingly I just had that for lunch. There must be a rhythm in the air today!
