Thoughts Inspired by Classrooms

I was concerned to see questions being asked about being banned from offering comments and privileges.

We are aware that one of the consequences of being banned is the lost of your ability to earn credits; therefore affecting the ability to receive comments and feedback and possibly hurting your chances of success.

Certain observations has led me to ask some questions

How long does a ban last?

Is there a process of reinstatement?

Can you appeal for leniency or forgiveness?

Is there a process for giving warnings?

Newbies and members on a whole should be aware of the seriousness of offering comments and feedback and research as much information as possible and read as many examples of appreciated comments as possible.

The decision to classify a comment as being spam is the decision of the receiver.

If you are new and inexperience ,be very careful what comments you offer.

Ask yourself the question-Am I qualified to do justice to this member who is asking for help?

I was trying to find training offered by either Kyle or Carson; perhaps some one can alert us of such training by posting them in a reply.

You can also post a list of the best blogs on offering comments and feedback

Here is one that has been my guide; Thanks Loes.

These are very good questions you bring up. Thanks for sharing.

Jay has been asking for suggestions for his live videos, this could be one.

These are very important questions. I am interested in the answers myself. Thank you.

I think you are raising some good questions. Members should have the ability to get their priviliges back. At least, the punishment should fit the crime. Was it a mistake or was it done maliciously?

Perhaps Newbies should not be be given comments and feedback privileges until they have completed a certain level of training or are experienced online marketers or maybe provide at least 5 test examples. or some kind of qualification; some time back I was upset by the criticism of a new member whose ranking was above 7000.Your feelings can get hurt.

I would love to hear from members in the top 10 rankings..

Thanks Courtney, this has been an issue for a lot of us.

Are they answers anywhere or the requests for answers?

thanks for sharing ..
