There is evidence to prove that you can live without cancer; but do we know the secret.

There are also two different issues, one set of people not only live without cancer but also live to be 100 years old.

The other set of people live without cancer but does not enjoy longevity. They one thing they all have in common is their lifestyle, which is a lifestyle of physical activity. We can conclude that exercise and physical activity is a must.

The stark difference between the two sets of people is their diet; one set live on a plant based diet and the other set are meat eaters; the meat eaters do not enjoy longevity.

The stark difference is the Greenland Eskimos and the Maasai of Kenya and Northern Tanzania. They are both meat eaters with a slight difference, the Eskimos eat mammals from the sea and the Maassai diet consists of milk, meat and blood from their animals.

The Hunzas and the Ikarians are examples a plant based diet.

In my opinion this would be a field of research for a smart young scientist; the secret to cancer and longevity is locked somewhere in the equation.

Questions to consider.

  1. What part does genes play in the equation?
  2. Is meat the reason for the difference in longevity?
  3. Dees the consumption or non- consumption of sugar play a role in the equation.?
  4. Is there anything in their diet that they all consume in common?
  5. If there is a diet in common, is there a B17 connection?
  6. Does laetrile-amygdalin-cyanide play any part in the equation.
  7. Does the environment play any role in the equation?

I do believe that environment, diet, genes and meat all have something to do with cancer.

We've managed to poison our environment is every way possible thus poisoning some of our food source. Some of our food we intentionally poison to make it better than the competitions to make more money. Which completely messes with our bodies.

Most of us eat like crap. Myself included sometimes. Sugar is the devil and is like cocaine to most of us which does have an effect on our systems.

Most people, if cancer runs in the family at some point might get it simply because they are predisposed to it.

Meat. I'm a meat lover, mostly chicken, turkey and fish. However, in the beginning before the Great Flood in the Bible we were not allowed to eat meat, just plant based foods. But we screwed up thus setting this chain reaction of destruction into effect.

Those that live the plant based, grow their own food away from the craziness that is society has the right idea for a healthy longer life.

Yes, some interesting questions. Unlikely that genes play a role in the equation. The Human Genome project determined that genes are to blame in less than 1/2 of 1 percent of disease. Rather, diet and lifestyle learned from one generation to the next would be the more likely culprit. Clearly refined sugar has an insidious role in cancer. It may not cause cancer, but it has been shown that it can feed the cancer, and proliferate it. Conversely, by removing refined sugar from cancer patient's diets, it can often halt, and reverse the cancer. Cancer runs on my Father's side of the family and most of the men die at the age of 70. Five years ago I watched a show on PBS by Dr. Joel Fuhrman that said through Nutrition I could avoid Cancer. I started on his program the very next day and I still follow it today. Now, at 68 I can say will full confidence that although I know I'll die someday it probably won't be from Cancer and certainly not in two years. I take no medication for anything and I'm pretty much in the shape I was 30 years ago.

But, there are certain protocols that people who live long healthy lives follow. Wow! in similar shape after 30 years, you must be doing something right.We have been starved of health education and over fed on anything for profit.

The information is there for those that are willing to look. Even the American Cancer Society (who has no reason to want an end to Cancer) has suggestions to prevent Cancer. They are; Don't Smoke, Eat Healthily, and Exercise Daily. Now, why would they be so helpful? Because they're pretty darn sure that most people won't follow this advice, and it turns out that they're correct.

We are our worse enemy.
