Key Word Research
I am always hesitant to use a key word search that reads- <10 < 10 on the first line, which always show Great in green
Is that keyword search the best for getting on the first page in Google. or how should I interpret it?
Please share your thoughts. .

The more searches the better, keeping the QSR low with a great rating. You want to set yourself up for success as much as possible! Good luck!

I think that's just the way the software works. It is going to say Great because of the lack of competition. But the search value is low. Maybe someone else can answer better.
And I should add, I wrote posts for years and I had never heard of keywords. I wrote a lot.
I promoted a Clickbank product, did no CB training.
So depending on what you write about, if you can write a lot about it, your site will rank.
An easy review of SEO for you might be the Jay webinars. It is good to watch and listen as he seeks keywords, and goes over the numbers.
And of course, in the training classes.
That has happened to me a lot. I always get scared it might not even make it to Google so I just look for another keyword. That just means that almost no one is searching for that particular keyword.
I had one instance that had low traffic and QSR below100, did not know what to do. If it is not good, it shouldn't say Great.don't you think?
I think that’s just because there is not so much competition for you to get ranked over that specific keyword. Though, there’s not really enough traffic so it might be hard for people to click on your post, unless you start promoting it everywhere, and still not everyone clicks on what you promote.

It's great because there are only few sites that talk about it. It's a great opportunity for me to delve on it, fill the topic with my ideas. That's my feeling and impression.
I am still looking for a more concrete answer, maybe someone can ask Jay during his Q & A on his next keyword live broadcast.
