How Do You Manage -The Follow
I have been looking for an effective way to manage my network.
Following members should not be just a routine, It must have meaning.
What is the purpose of having 10000 followers and only a handful of visits by a faithful few?
What is the purpose of following 10000 members and only visit a popular few?
I am aware that time is a factor, but I am sure we can do better.
I try to make it a policy to return the visit to all my visitors by clicking on their profile and reading their latest post or select one that interest me and either click like or share a comment.
This morning I visited six of my latest followers to see how they were progressing and offer to help f they ever need it.
Only one had written a post so far; we know from experience how intimidating the first steps can be.
We should offer encouragement and share those first steps with beginners.
Following is one of the most underutilize features of WA. It is a brilliant feature and has great potential.
Have you ever viewed your list of followers and see how many ever paid a second visit other than the initial follow?

How can we make maximum use of this brilliant feature of the WA Platform?
