Everyday we log in here, we see this bar in our dashboard.. New premium members joining Wealthy Affiliate...
And this bar refreshes every 5 or 10 minutes, showing another batch of new premium members.
As a member who truly love this community, I have a habit of sending them welcome messages, checking their profiles, excited for amazing new things coming to WA!
Also, I browse through the messages in their profiles, down to the last message hoping I'd find the very first welcome message sent by a fellow member, and not by Kyle.
(Kyle has too many referrals already! lol)
If I find what I'm looking for, I'd be so happy knowing that this new member has joined a fellow member, and not directly joining WA under Kyle. (sorry Kyle, lol)
What does that mean?
Because, someone is getting paid a commission! $23.50 or $175 baby!!
It feels good to know people here are making money out of Wealthy Affiliate's own affiliate program, and not just from Amazon, Adsense, whatever...
But sometimes, it saddens me that amidst these "lots of new faces", the people referring them here are so silent about their commissions!
Did you know that for every face that you see above, it means someone from here is earning either in $23.50 or $175?
But where are they? Why are they not sharing their success stories in a blog here?
Come on guys, if you are the one who is silently making money, don't be so selfish. Please share your success stories!
Because, I'm getting tired of sharing on Facebook and Twitter "Hello people, come join me! I have referred 4 free members to WA today, I hope these people will upgrade soon. Some oldies in WA said 1 or 2 of them will decide to become premium after 2 or 3 years, and by that time come I will come back here again in social media to show you my $23.50 income proof!"
(Not exactly the words I'm posting there, lol)
But is that something impressive? Is that something attractive?
Okay, I may be one of your fiercest competitor (or may become) if I achieve more success from here. Or, someone in my batch will.. But don't be threatened and not sharing your success story!!
(Oh, I will not post my figures because Gomer will just use it to recruit more people to WA)
Do not be so selfish. Do not keep your success stories to yourself. I know there are a lot of you here making money. The fact that there are plenty of new faces, premium faces, that means someone in here is earning premium commissions. We cannot deny that!
Where is the person who referred Sledoux? He or she just made $23.50!
How about the sponsor of Jerily? Why is he not posting his $23.50 story?
Also the sponsor of Ladybo, GoGetIt70, and CristyRiv91, where all these sponsors have gone??
Plus, a dozen of you is going to Vegas so that means, the least commissions you've made from our affiliate program here is $235.00!

Have you seen someone posted here LATELY, "Hey guys, look! I've made $235.00 this month! You'll also earn like this.... Keep on grinding!"
None. The latest that I've seen was 2016.

The next question would be, I had referrals and I earned thousands of dollars but how and where are the lives of those recruits are they successfully earning too or they have been left behind groping in the dark? They should be coached.

I love your post. I like to applaud you are willing to speak your heart through your keen observation spotting the truth and facts hiding behind the scenes. I hope that being silent in money-making out of recruiting WA membership is not intentional but being "humble or shy" to share, which has been courted as a virtue of life. I further hope your posting such will remind the money-maker of sharing why and how they are successful in getting people to join WA easily. I am sure there is such a course detailing the recruiting skills somewhere inside the WA training course, but just not yet been revealed to me or others yet.
Well, keep up your good job and intention to support WA community and comradeship.

I get all that. My very first person to actually set up their profile clicked the wrong link. They must have been checking out how valid what I told was and used that link instead of mine. Hoe discouraging for a new person to get their actual first referral the sets up and some one else Gets the Money and credit. I had to swallow hard on that one. I hope this is not what happens to any more.it was so disappointing. I would have shared
That was a sad experience. And I can relate to you because, it happened to me too. Now, the good thing is, we can try once again to replace that loss by winning more.

No need for apologies, Gomer. I believe there's always a better way to do something, but I recognize that sometimes, things are happening behind the scenes that may not be obvious to the masses.
