Having Fun With Wealthy Affiliate's SiteComments
While using our SiteComments, I was met again by this dreaded "Pending Uniqueness Verification" notice or PUV.
So, what I did next was, I gave a very long comment that looks like a short blog post. It was probably longer than this post that you're reading right now. I was thinking, "Let's see if this will make a difference".
OMG, there it goes again. The PUV!
Crazy me. lol
Thank God I didn't write 1,000 words in a comment.
I thought the length of the comment will help me get rid of that PUV, but it didn't. Maybe the system is going through some kind of ___ .
And maybe it's not only me that's experiencing this, so to remind people of keeping their cool, I decided to write this blog sharing this quote again.
"Patience is a virtue"
And this picture quote!
When delays like these occur, just remember what Christ said...
"This too shall come to pass."
Cheers,

Hey Coach,
It seems like there is always a "fly in the ointment" where some
criteria comes from "out of left field!" Oh well, "to each his own".
Cheers,
Ken
That's not so unusual, Gom. My experiences with PUV are normally when I use a certain grouping of words that I have used in previous comments - sometimes corny - sometimes cliché -
sometimes just repetitive.
Such as:
"You hit the nail on the head"
"Been there. Done that."
"Truer words were never spoken."
"Everything happens for a reason."
"If life gives you lemons, make lemonade."
"Live every day like it's your last."
"I don't cry over spilled milk."
"They are selling like hotcakes."
"The rest is history."
"Let my hair down."
"Every cloud has a silver lining."
"Cat got your tongue?"
"Don't judge a book by its cover."
"Spitting image."
"Dressed to kill."
Even though these are over used expressions, sometimes, they come to mind when I am doing the SiteComment thing. And, occasionally, they can get me a dreaded PUV.

Nice post and words to definitely live by. I have been having my share of internet and mobile phone issues this morning, so this was great to read. Perfect timing.
I have not experienced problems with PUV, but thank you for bringing it to light. I will keep that in mind for the future.
Continue to hang in there...you are absolutely correct - this too, shall pass.
Yvette
It would be interesting to find out what would happen if you eliminated the reference to people's names.
Just thinking out loud here because something is triggering the PUV and it could be something very small and simple
Oh, I didn't know about that. Maybe you're right.
But what if that's really required to get my point across? As they are gurus and not ordinary people who are mindful of privacy matters.
Like for example, Frank. He's a big guru in the network marketing field. And also, Stone. Both have their own programs, and some even make reviews about their programs with their names printed high.
What do you think?
You could change the names and just refer to them as the site owners or something.
It may not be the reason but I thought it would be interesting to find out what is causing the error and if you find out, please post back so we can all know
I have experienced this many times before, even without the names, which the reason why when I bumped again to this kind of thing, I know "Oh, it's here again". lol
Actually, another reason for this blog post here is, I'm taking a pulse, if others will come out and say, "Hey, I just came from SiteComments and got that too, the PUV."
In the past, there were seasons where PUVs are frequent here. Like, if birds and animals have mating season, SiteComments have PUVs! lol
lol thats interesting, I have never gotten one but one time it did tell me i needed to write more
Hi Forrest,
You may like what Bob has said in his comment here. He came up with a list of "set of words" that he suspect as triggering the PUV.

Oh, wow! Lucky you!! Haha :)
When I write shorter comments, the system rejects it saying, "I should elaborate more". :(

Great post I enjoyed reading it. Everything will soon pass in its own time. We do have to have patience not everything comes to us on a silver platter. Though I wish sometimes it would. Nevertheless, good things come to those who wait.
God Bless
