Awesome Way of Telling Your Story via Facebook Fan Page
Maybe this is no longer new, but since I rarely use Facebook for marketing my online business with WA, I learned about this just recently...
Facebook has added a new feature wherein you can craft a short story about yourself, and how you can help your audience. And just like here, you can add a nice cover photo contributing to your message...
...and best of all, hyperlinked words are now accepted!
I am not really sure of this, but I tested the links, clicked on them, and I was redirected successfully to my created custom WA home page. They used to block links going out of Facebook with a caution or warning, but this time, no such thing.
If you are familiar with Facebook Notes, that kind of content publishing in Facebook that looks like you're blogging, it looks the same. It's just that, it is featured more visible in the home page of your Facebook fan page.
Just take note, this feature is available only for fan pages, and not available in personal accounts we use for adding friends and family members.
Okay. Explore it. I'm sure you'll like it.
A great new way of telling the world about you, your business, and how you can help people.
It may not be your main source of traffic, sign-ups, or sales... but it can surely add to your bottomline. If you're not using it yet, why not explore?
Good luck with you and I hope you see good results using it.
Cheers,
