Hi. I don't believe you can use the same ISP address if that's what you're doing. Basically, one account per household. She may be able to set one up at the library. However, if she wants to start her own website you can set that up under your own and then give her control. Hope this helps.

You're daughter is getting this message because she's logging in from a computer that you have logged in from with your Premium account. If you would like me to create an account for your daughter, please send me a Private Message and I'll set it up for her right away.
