I would need a little more details/information on what they are asking. It sounds like they may want you to provide a way for your site visitors to make a purchase from your site, rather than clicking through to the merchant website.
I recommend that you look more into the company and if this is a normal procedural. Before moving forward.

It was a program I found on ShareASale. The company is CatsPlay Cat Furniture Superstore. The email is coming from advertisepurple.com. Now I am even more confused lol
As crazy as this may sound, take the time to read their affiliate agreement. Some of them are so long and full of details, that I believe they hope you don't read them. this way you can make a mistake and they won't have to compensate you for that sale.

I believe it is setting your website URL to begin with https instead of http.
