Life's priorities
This isn't my usual post this evening. Really wish it could be! Been a rough day. My husband's mom has been in the hospital and rehab in Palm Springs for the past 8 weeks. She was able to come home for a week, but she's taken a dramatic turn and is back in the hospital in California. My husband had been with her through the first episode but has exhausted all of his all of his available time off. We have been working with her caregivers and hospital from San Antonio. Things don't look good. I need to be here for my husband and family right now. Saying lots of prayers.

Sending prayers and healing thoughts your way and for your mother in law. Yes, sometimes caring for people take priority over anything. I will be having the same issue next month when my daughter goes in for a second life saving open heart surgery. Sometimes our work or play has to take a back seat for awhile. Period.
Ohmagosh! How scary for you all!!! Will be sending prayers your way as well. Keep us posted on how y'all are doing as well.
