If you help enough people.
A very smart man once told me that if you help enough people get what they want,, you'll get what you want. I think the original quote comes from Zig Ziglar or Dale Carnegie. But I've heard it many times from many people who have bought into the philosophy.
Helping people seems to be a way of life within WA. I've been in the world of 'j.o.b.' (just over broke) for over 40 years. Some jobs have been amazing. Some just served a purpose. While I hesitate to call being a part of WA a job, I can honestly say that I have never seen a community of people so genuinely interested in helping each other succeed, however we my define success. Whether it's tips & tricks, technical help, thoughts & ideas, motivation or tough love, y'all have those bases fully covered and then some!
I still know less than a thimble full about this stuff. I just know how to write. There is no way I would even consider taking this journey without the WA community, Kyle and the team with me on each step of the way. It is amazing. For each of you who take the time to read my humble offerings, answer my questions, share a good word, make me laugh.. and cry, challenge, encourage and inspire me, THANK YOU for making this adventure so amazing. Something very special is happening here. I am grateful to be a part of it, knowing I follow in the footsteps of some pretty incredible folks!

There is power in writing. Like Zig influenced many, you can do the same!

Hey Christine I love that article. Every point I agree with and I am in the same boat as you struggling to figure out how this all works but I decided I'd start over with number one and go through it all again since I've had so many challenges this past year. My new challenge is learning how to make my computer type what I say because I don't know how to do that and I am afraid I have lost the use of my hands to the most part good luck to you I love this community and I am liking it more each and every day it is a pleasure to talk to you Steve
Thank you so much, Steve. I have a concierge client that also had difficulty with her hands during arthritis flares. She used a program that I believe was called Dragon. It allowed her to go speech to text. It took a while to train it to her voice, but allowed her to continue using her computer. I'm sure you can google it.
