In Google searching that prompt you saw on your homepage, I'm guessing that you may be using the Smush Pro plugin.
In checking your profile, I could not find your website URL shared under your Follow me section, so I could not verify my suspicion.
You may want to repeat the search I did and read through the posts shared to see if one of the can assist you in fixing that prompt.

I was not using Smush to answer your question. But I'm now. I thought EWWW Image Optimizer would do a better job than Smush. But because of your comments, I decided to install and activate Smush. To my greatest surprise, I saw 86 uncompressed and unoptimised images! What was my EWWW I.O. doing?
I have asked questions about two observations you made I did not understand: (1) now - "I could not find your website URL shared under your Follow me section." (2) before - "your theme not optimized." Would you please refer me to where to find the answers?

I was NOT recommending that you use Smush. That was simply an observation because your question was so vague that I was left guessing.
Kraken is the image optimizer recommended by WA: Kraken Image Optimization Now at Wealthy Affiliate for image optimization. I use it on all of my sites.
However, if you are happy with Smush, I wouldn't worry about changing that plugin now.
To answer your questions:
(1) the following tutorial may offer you the help you seek: "Follow Me On" Links Area (2) not all wp themes are optimized as well as, let's say, GeneratePress, that helps sites load faster... without a lot of unnecessary script left behind from initial development. See screen print below...

If there is another user who has registered on your website with or without your permission, and you do NOT want them to have that access, then it is important to DELETE them.
If you did NOT grant them access, then be sure to go to your:
Dashboard > Settings > General Settings ...and make sure that "Anyone can register" is NOT check marked beside Membership.
If it IS check marked, uncheck it, then scroll down the page and click on the Save Changes button.

Hey Cal, as a few others have mentioned, the training on your profile is related to training that you may have submitted to the community. Your progress in the training has displayed in the "Training" menu, you'll see what lessons you've completed and where to continue in the training from there.

The more Plugins you have, worse will become. WA recommends Kraken to reduce images, but I did not like it. It did not do a good performance. EWWW - that's from the old school, it was good but not anymore.
Be sure to choose a good plugin for reducing image sizing. I'm trying Smush, it's not perfect but it's free for unlimited downloads and I see a better performance.
My suggestion - go to each plugin, deactivate and check the performace of your website. Then activate again and check the speed again. Do it with all, one by one. Get rid of unnecessary ones.
Hope you will find the problem.
