WA support team is always so helpful
It is good the way issues here get resolved quickly.
Two years ago I had to create a double account because I could not access my old email and login info for WA. All my login data were on my previous laptop and it got fried. To get my login info, I created a new free account and sent a message to the support team to reclaim my account. They gave me the login info and I resubscribed and got back my old account.
When I resubscribed again in April, I accidentally used the incorrect account as the password was saved on my laptop and I selected it carelessly without even noticing. After realizing my mistake, I messaged them and asked them to close the account. It wasn't closed and this month another payment came out of my account for it. I guess I needed to close it myself.
I saw my credit card statement, messaged them and now they are going to provide me with a refund for the two months that were paid for the double account as I have not been using it and it was a honest, all be it stupid mistake. Isn't that wonderful?

I have never heard of WA doing anyone wrong in any way. Particularly when it comes to billing and customer service.

The help here is incredible! I, too, had a similar experience as you. I had to take a 5-month leave due to an injury and when I came back, I had to re-register. I thought I would have to begin from scratch. However, within 30 minutes of asking SiteSupport for assistance, My 3 sites were back up and running! They're truly awesome!
