I would focus on the training. Phase 1 of the training. Have you chosen a niche yet?
Focus on building out your website and writing content.
That is the best thing to do starting out and if you get stuck, you have plenty of people here within WA to help you out.

So I’m curious what would be the main 3 activities to focus on when just starting with Wealthy Affiliate? Or what has benefited you the most when you started?

Go Through the training and utilize all the resources here at WA (there are trainings posted from other members and members willing to help answer questions)
Take advantage of live trainings from Jay (there are replays available and that is what I use since my schedule doesn't always allow for live viewings)
Be patient and focus on the fundamentals and I will say that writing content and planning for the content can sometimes be challenging.
Some people are natural writers, some may not but ironically may find themselves to become better then that thought after a lot of practice. My content is still something that I am working on and I feel I get better as I go along but it can be challenging.
But also too all of it can really be fun especially when you start to see things come together.. So have fun with it and enjoy the ride.
