Do you create links in SiteComments? You might want to check them.
UPDATE: I figured out the issue and why no one else is experiencing it. When I go to add a link in a reply in SiteComments, when the link box opens, it already has http:// in there. I wasn't erasing that when I added my link, and so it just put it at the end!
My mistake!
I hope this helps you to NOT make the same mistake! :)
You live and you learn, right?
I'm currently on page 9 of 97 pages of comments that I'm going through.
Because there are broken links all throughout my comments.
Here's how this started.
Sergio (wiseseo) was kind enough to do an SEO check on my site when I started trying to figure out why Google wasn't ranking me. (That thread's here.)
He discovered that I had a lot of 404 errors and the links looked like this:
It's a little hard to see, but a bunch of links somewhere on my site have http:// at the end.
I didn't understand it.
Until:
Jay noticed that there was an error with a link in my comments on my latest blog post:
(Thank you for your QA skills, Jay!)
When I went to look at it, this is what I saw:
A link with that http:// at the end!
I started going through all of my comment links, and most of them have this. Which means that most of them are causing 404 errors.
These are all links I created through SiteComments.
So if you've done the same, you might want to have a look.
I'll also contact SiteSupport about this.
Note: It's always a good idea to check your links immediately so you don't have to go through 97 pages of comments... lesson learned there!
Hope this helps some of you.

Good Morning Michelle,
I left this link to my WA post on broken links in my comment to Christine, have a look. Strange Results Comparing Free Tools for 404 Broken Links Greetings from the south of Spain, Taetske
Thank you. I would advise anyone to check often as things can change without notice. Some of my broken links shown were not broken last time I checked but they are today.
Michelle
So I don't understand completely. Are you talking about the links you put into your comments or the links that are posted when someone leaves a comment on your site?
Organic comments and site comments?
Laura
I'm talking about the links you put into your comments via SiteComments.
For instance, if I requested comments, and then I am replying to those comments, and I leave a link to Wealthy Affiliate (or anything), that link is getting messed up.
I hope that helps. I guess I wasn't clear what I meant.

Christina, You were clear because that is what I thought you meant. I just didn't want to make a mistake on something this important.
Thank You
Laura
Thank you SO MUCH for mentioning this! I just went into plug ins on both of my sites and there are several plug ins for broken links to identify and fix this problem. Found one of own broken links!
Great! Glad it helped! I'm currently running a broken link checker and I hope i can fix these easily.

Wow! That is awful! Good you know what the problem is however. Now you can fix it. Sorry it is such a huge undertaking!
Have you ever seen this issue? Maybe it's just my site?
