I notice the last keyword list was published in March 2013. Will there be an updated one anytime soon?
Exactly, keyword lists are in essence just niche ideas. The reason we don't update these and they are likely to be phased out is that you can come up with your own, highly relevant lists doing a little bit of keyword research.
Keywords that will add much more value to your actual business and are obviously much more specific.
Goes back to the old "teach a man to fish" principles. You are much better off being self sufficient through what you learn here than to be given keywords.
If you ever have a tough time coming up with keywords, I recommend you go through the following training on the Alphabet Soup technique. Alphabet Soup Technique - Using Google Instant to Find Keywords It is what I use and is highly valuable.
