Want To Be A Food Blogger? Use Wordpress Recipe Plugins!

Last Update: November 25, 2016

Food blogging is a great, profitable niche for bloggers to get into. But if you want to make your recipes stand out, you should consider getting one of the many available WordPress plugins to make the most out of your blogs potential.

WP Ultimate Recipe Plugin

Now this plugin is my favorite. It is the one I use - the free version - because it is easy to navigate and gives you pretty recipe creation options that include multiple images. Now, the only downside of this plugin is that it does not allow you to be a part of their affiliate program unless you are a premium member yourself. This is a big disappointment, because it would make more sense to allow the member to sell the product, and then use that profit to purchase the premium membership, like other programs.

Recipe Cards by Yumprint

A completely free plugin that also pretty easy to use is Recipe Cards by Yumprint. The cool thing about this plugin is, that if you add a picture to your recipe, it will added to their platform Yumprint.com. Some critics say that this takes people away from your site, which can be a downfall, and that is why I prefer the WP Ultimate Recipe Plugin.

ZipRecipe Plugin

A very pretty plugin with free support via email, and step by step tutorials. That alone makes this plugin pretty impressive. It has limited design options, especially when it comes to fonts, but it is never-less a very responsive and user-friendly plugin.

With the above named plugins, no matter which one you choose you will have the opportunity to highlight your creations, and share them on your WordPress blog with ease.

I have another website, hosted elsewhere, that deals with food; sandwiches, soups, salads, cookies, chocolate and, of course, chicken.

I did not want to get back into that as I do not really qualify as a 'foodie'. But thank you fo the heads up on the pugins.
