I downloaded and experimented with a couple themes when I created my website. I don't know how to delete the ones I'm not using. I still receive updates although I am not using
Hi Claudette.
To remove a Word Press Theme from your site.
- Login to your site.
- Select Appearance and then click Themes
- Select Theme Details, for the theme you want to delete, just mouse over the theme theme details will appear.
- Select delete bottom right-hand corner.
- Refresh your browser.
You should be good to go.

There should be an edit on the theme page. Pick the one you like and refresh and that should do it.
I don't think you want my help right now! Lol! I made an attempt to write a blog. I got stuck and thought I was deleting the thing I was stuck in, only to find out I deleted my whole blog!😳
