Question: I've wondered if the (direct) / (none) can be coming from the newsletter and if there is a way to set a goal to track traffic coming from the newsletter.

Wow Jay, you are the man. Every time I open up WA I'm thinking of cancelling because I don't have the any extra time and money is tight. Then I watch anyone of your videos and always get value. This video is one I would not have sat through if it wasn't for one of my clients wanting better tracking and asked about setting goals. I searched analytics and bam! I found this at a perfect time. I wish I had money to hire you directly. Would love to have a guy like you on my team to build an agency.
