Amongst all the marketing strategies we do as online entrepreneurs, it all starts with communication to an audience using blog posts. But writing content can become a laborious process that can eat up a plethora of time.
In this live class you will learn the simple yet effective strategies to amplify your writing efficiency.
Can you have ‘what is’ as part of your keyword?
Yes. If you were to have, for example, What is Affiliate marketing, that whole phrase would be the keyword. Jim
Yes, you can. As long as the complete phrase makes grammatical sense, has fewer competitions (QSR below 100), and has a good amount of monthly search (AVG above 30), then use it. :)
Thanks Jim I got worried because Jay added what is to his key word, but said it wasn’t part of the key word. Meanwhile a lot of my posts start with what is and have that as part of the key word
Thank you I was worried that wasn’t a good idea
Great job, Jay.
I personally like using SEM Rush SEO Writing assistant. It's a plugin with google docs. Thank you for doing this video
It takes me 8hrs to write a blog post. It's reassuring to know I'll get better with time and practice. I have a question: after posting blog post on your website, is it important to get comments right away or is ok if you do it, let's say 2 days later? Also, what difference does it make if you update sitemap manually or let google craw it? Thanks for your help, Katya
As far as I have seen, comments are important, but your ranking does not depend only on comments. If you get comments instantly, that is not bad in any sense, Google ranking depends partially on luck. I have even seen my posts with no comments or only 1-2 comments ranked on the first page (even in first place) when typed the particular keyword in Google search. I think the initial ranking does not matter with comments. If your page ranks in Google first page by searching any 1-2 words of your keyword, then it is the ultimate success. As an example, your keyword is "Lose belly fat by exercise"; Now if you search with "Lose belly fat" instead of a full keyword, and you post visible in the first page. It needs time to reach up to this situation, required continuous comments and involvement in that page (it does not matter, whether you get or do not get a comment instantly after post). It is better to update sitemap manually. For your kind information, you may need much more time to create some unique contents; it needs time, a time of 8 hours is not too much, I guess. Best wishes.
