When you are reviewing something is there any copy right infringements against using their pictures as you did the soda stream?
Every image you or anyone else places on the net has automatic copywrite. You would be wise to make sure you have permission to use the picture because there have been cases of people being sued . There are places such as Pixabay that supply a limited number of images for free use. Personally I prefer to use my own. Jim

Not normally, I tend to screen dump the page or take the image of the item from their site. Logos however can be touchy. I think there are so many copies of item pics online that it is hard for them to chase it down even if they wanted to. Afterall, it is basically free advertising for thier products. I am no lawyer, but that is my way of thinking hope this helps Paul
