Hi jay ! My fascination for the psyche might be on par with your fire. The emotion is quite interesting to study (I've wrestled with it for decades). Here's a good analogy plagiarized from Marilyn Savants explanation of intelligence from her book "Brain power". (you'll have to look that one up) Imagine energy as a flow of water in a river,... it has to deal with all sorts of obstacles ! .. Sharp inclines and declines,....protruding rocks,.. dams,........etc etc . Basically "obstacles" to the flow ! The buying process as you state ,...is a way to keep the flow,.......(of nice feelings) V (the obstacles) ?
