I couldn't bear to watch another video, so I hunted around, but didn't find my WA Affiliate link in the new UX. Where is it located, now?

I and some of the other long term members Beta Tested this new platform for Carson.
Although it took a wee bit of time to get used to it we found it a bit better than the old one.
You will soon get into the swing of things.

Can't log in. The site goes round in circles. I call and, after a half hour, get a gal with a heavy accent who keeps talking and won't listen. We get disconnected and she does

Things haven't changed at Clickbank in years, other than their good management left about 6 years ago and I'm not sure who is managing their company now. Bottom line is that the people who own it see it as a money factory, so why waste any money on affiliate support - if that affiliate leaves, another will come along a minute later.

There are lots of other affiliate networks out there that actually support their affiliates.

Derek below seem to have the right answer. Personally I never had a problem with ClickBank, but then I never tried to call them either. So this is my input on this subject. Sorry I can't be of any help in this matter.

Yes, I use Clickbank and have for a couple of years now. I don't seem to have any problems at the moment, but I would suggest you open a new account with a different email address.

Hi Clare, try creating a new account. If your account is inactive for a long time they normally block it.

I put in a support ticket, today. It auto-responded,
We'll get back to you asap (whenever). Our hour are 9-5; M-F.

I'm going to call back, then.

I do have an account there, and I have made money with them a long time ago (I no longer promote any of their products). I'm sorry you're having this issue. I might try using a different browser to see if the problem continues to occur. Or perhaps, start from an incognito session so that it doesn't read any cookies you may have on your computer and see if that helps.

Actually, this has gone on for years. Every once in a while, I try again to login, and no go.

Since I need the Affiliate program, now, I tried it again. No go.

Yea. I'd have to try another computer. They definitely have me locked out, now.

Very screwy. The gal I finally got on the phone, sounded like she was from Indonesia with a baby crying in the back ground. When I asked for the supervisor, the line went dead.

I can't take that. I'm going to try calling, again, tomorrow. If I get no joy, I'm calling the BBB.

You're welcome. Good luck with the BBB. I notice that Clickbank displays a BBB logo on their website, so that might really get their attention.
