You do not need Akismet anymore, that' s why it differs, the Jetpack comes with the theme.

No dashboard. As a new WordPress user, you should go to your dashboard to delete this page and create new pages for
If this is a SiteRubx site then you should raise a support ticket - it looks like something went wrong during the wordpress install.
Keep going back to them - the issue is by the sound of it at their end and there is little anyone else could do unless you are good at ftp etc
