Yes, you can edit contents after you publish.
However, for that, you need to login to your WordPress dashboard. Ref the first screenshot given below. First, click the website link (1) and then click the login button (2). A new tab will open in WordPress. there go to the posts and select the post you want to edit (ref screenshot2).
