Here is something you should consider: If you created a domain-specific email address at WA it is non-transferable from what I understand. During the transition, you could lose the emails sent to that address. Inmotion Hosting says I can move a domain from Wealthy Affiliate to Inmotion Hosting by getting the ftp information. I'm considering this as an option for a domain I created here. I do not expect to be able to take an email address I created here with it.
I would recommend making and storing copies of your pages in case something goes wrong during the transition. You could do a copy/paste operation to get your pages onto Microsoft Wordpad and store them on text files that way.
