Its Never Enough
Those of us who are from the UK know how important the weather is to us. If you are looking for a conversation ice-breaker, talk about the weather :)
Only less than 3 weeks ago, we had serious flooding from tropical storms. Many homes, at least in the South of the country were flooded because gullies and drainage systems were unable to cope with the sheer volume of rain water gushing by.
Today it has been very hot and sunny :) More heat and sun are coming for the rest of the week. The forecast is that it will be a scorcher tomorrow! But believe it or not, we are complaining already.
Say no more! It’s never enough unless we face each situation with gratitude and acceptance. Come on sunshine :))

I'm in the southeast US. It's always hot in the summer here, high 90s low 100s and humidity through the roof. After a while ya just get accustomed to it!
The wonderful thing about the heat Greer is that it takes away lots of aches and pains but some may disagree.
LOL! when you're soaking in a hot tub or a sauna. But, when you're figuratively sitting in a suana (baking in this natural heat) you're likely not thinking about the benefits. But, I agree with you. :)
Hi Pauline how did you fare today? Has been a real scorcher down here but beautiful nonetheless :)
Yes it has here in Yorkshire - sometimes too hot and no air but I really shouldn't complain lol
Same here in Switzerland, 33 degrees expected tomorrow!
I'm not one for the heat either, but there is no matching the brilliance and healing power of a wonderful summer day with lots of sunshine, it's such a blessing!
Indeed Therese and I think it's that mindset of acceptance and letting go that is lacking. Tomorrow will be 34 degrees and the way I see it is that the heat will expel toxins from the body and bring in good health :)
Honesty Vera, I started laughing in the train when people were complaining about the heat. The same slips that spoke ill of the floods only a few weeks ago :)
yeah, yeah... we are having rain non-stop today after two weeks of scorching heat. Nobody is happy, never... lol)
Here in Utah we have to deal with all seasons. Sometimes all in the same day.... I couldn't imagine life any other way though. I'm happy to see the way you see things and how looking forward to sunshine is so very important.
If you try to talk about the weather in Washington DC, you would need to change the conversation every two minutes. In addition to the meteorological changes in the area, we have a constant updraft of hot air from politicians so the weather can change in an instant!

Every day is a good day in my book:)
I agree Tim and that's a wonderful attitude - no disappointments and complaints
