Curiosity Didnt Kill the Cat After All!
We have an unusually beautiful day today here in UK. This set the scene for a day of discovery.
I didn’t set out to comment on websites today, however, I accidentally came across a domain name I didn’t understand. Naturally I was curious and decided to find out what it meant. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t an uncommon name, it simply happened that I had not heard it before.
My curiosity led to what is going to become a lifetime discovery. You see, I suffer from what had been diagnosed as a chronic lower back pain. This post specifically was discussing various ways to strengthen the core and troublesome muscles that contract and create the type of problems I have. Read on I urged myself :-)
At the end of this post, I left comments naturally and came away with a highly raised awareness about this product and how it can potentially give me a new lease of life by strengthening my back muscles. Lots of hard work ahead but I am not complaining :)
It’s truly amazing what you learn from this WA community and the fact that being curious can potentially lead to a lifelong solution. Whoa hoo!

Hey Chuka!
Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm so glad that my post/website has helped you so much!
Also thanks a million for spreading the awareness of a potential practice that could help others! :)
I look forward to learning from you as well!
Have an awesome day! (you made mine!)

You can share a blog from someone else's site. Look's like others want you to share! Me too!
I'm also in the UK in Staffordshire and it has been absolutely gorgeous!! Could you please PM me with the details of that site? I suffer from crumbling discs and spina bifida, so in constant pain. Many thanks :)
Hi Liz,
It wasn't so much finding a cure for my chronic challenges but coming across such a simple concept that's so effective, which I never heard of before. I went on You Tube and watched several videos and read up on Amazon as well. For my specific issues that physiotherapy, acupuncture, chiropractic and osteopathic interventions have not helped, I believed this will help from what I saw and read.

Yes, there are a number of activities that benefit the chronic lower back pain. Simple but effective. I've had it for 15 yrs. Plain old walking is great but pool aerobics is ideal. Finally had my 4&5 fused and it helped a lot. When I got my hip replaced in August, they had to add a 1/2 inch to my right leg and that really did it some good. I'm happy you've found some relief chuka, it's a life style adaptation and surprisingly helps overall health as we age. That and a good attitude.
Cheers to your enlightenment.

Hi Rich,
Thank you very much for your encouragement. Water - swimming or aerobics would have been a source of great relief but I'm allergic to chlorine in the water. I do rambling but when in a bad way, that hurts like hell. So gonna attempt this simple product, my physio gave it thumbs up :)
