Indexing Question . Can someone help?
If you look at the picture.. can someone tell my why out of all the URLs submitted for indexing, only half of them are actually indexed? How do I rectify this?
I can understand not all of them being seen, but a couple of hundred is a lot isnt it?
Id appreciate any advice on this!
Thanks
Chris

There are probably a lot of posts that are very similar. Too similar for Google to think they're worth indexing. Common on sites where people are trying to write posts about very similar keywords.
Well, if you have a review template and many of your reviews are similar, Google will determine a canonical URL for you and skip indexing the rest of the similar pages.
Or, if you have a lot of 'nofollow' links - those will be picked up as submitted and not indexed (by your instruction), so there are a lot of variables here that this one graphic can represent.
Is 382 the actual number of posts/pages? Those can be urls of images and other stuff in the media library. So perhaps all is OK if 202 is the actual number of texts which you submitted to Webmaster.

Maybe it has something to do with the content, but not sure
