My Letter to Captcha

Dear Captcha,

This is not a love letter. On the contrary, I am so done with you. I cannot be in a relationship with someone who displays so little trust in me. "Is that a train" "yes, it's a train, damn it, why don't you believe me?"

Dear Captcha, I hate that you feel the need to test me over and over again and you cannot forgive one tiny slip, a tiny mistake. I mess up, don't see the train or ship or frigging motorcycle you want me to see and you hand me picture after picture, pushing me, again and again and again, testing my patience, keeping that entryway barred unless I pass your test.

Dear Captcha, in any relationship no partner should be tested. That's where you're wrong. All the jerks from your past are not my problem, I have nothing to do with them. I shouldn't have to pay for the wrongs they did to you.

Dear Captcha, find another way to get over the ones who have cheated you.

Dear Captcha, I know what a chimney is, thank you very much. Why don't you make the photo clearer? It's not a university exam, I'm just trying to log in to MY own profile.

Dear Captcha, I appreciate your concern about my safety, but we're people here. Haven't you ever watched The Bodyguard?

Dear Captcha, I hate you. I can't do this anymore. I am trying hard to say goodbye to you but you appear everywhere, stalking me, not once leaving me alone with your damn chimneys, and bridges, and boats, and bikes and what-have-you!

Dear Captcha, just leave me alone.

Dear Captcha, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrgh!
