Great questions and great answers, my friend!

It looks like you got all the answers! Cheers! ✨🌈💥👍

By the way, why do you want to do that?

Alright! Happy weekend.

@Marion but what I want to do is remove the main domain completely out of WA leaving the sub-domain here at WA to hold the blog.

Wow Chris, thank YOU for asking this question. You sent me on a quest and here is what I discovered posted in a post, shown in the screen print below...

You can click to view the screen print, then right-click it and download it to share with other and to be able to read it properly.

OR... highlight, copy and paste the link shown below into your browser:
https://css-tricks.com/put-a-subdomain-on-a-different-server/

Now I know it IS possible to do.

WOW that was unexpected. The next question is, can it be done if the domain name is registered at WA as there is no cPanel (control panel) here.

Is there a special reason why you want to use a different host for the main website? I would simply host both the main website and the subdomain at the same place.

Yes Marion, that is true that WA has no cPanel access, but Chris could easily ask SiteSupport for assistance in doing this.

Thank you for the information. The domain is at Go Daddy!! Thank you for your research!!

Yes, it is a special project I will be doing and as I said above all my other social media use the same name as the domain. What I am experimenting with can not be done within WA for the experiment to be realized!

Yes, you can create a separate blog page on your website and move your blog roll to that page. However, if you have published links to your posts in the past then those links will become invalid.

There were no posts yet only some pages but no links in it.

When I started my Lead Marketing Magic Blog my company only had one product that had to do with advertising. Now they have added more products to our arsenal but they are more

Good afternoon, yes you definitely can, Google will not be upset. However, it's a video already placed here for you, may you have a very successful day.

Thank you!

Hey Chris,

Yes you can and here's a video to help you do this: Hope you find this helpful.

Thank you so much for this.

I do not have the answer but thanks for asking this important question.

You are welcome so I hope these great answers will help you also!

You can, the best route is to use a redirect plugin from the old domain to the post location on the new domain so Google will associate old links to the new location for SEO purposes. Choose a 302 permanent redirect and maintain the old domain at least 3 months.

I got this in an email a few minutes ago and do not know what it means or how to fix it.
Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt

Thank you,
Chris

Hey Chris,

You did not provide a screen print of the email you are referring to. It may be spam. If so, here's help determining if it is or not: Should you know for a fact that the email is accurate... and if your website this is referring to is hosted on WA servers, then perhaps SiteSupport may be able to help you: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

Hope you find this helpful.

I tried to send it @Triblu I uploaded but would not go. So I will put them here.

Okay... so the email you received was from Google Analytics then... good to know. Next stop would be SiteSupport to see how they can assist you.

Good afternoon my friend, that is concerning your seo, however you also stated index so that tells me that something you wrote was index, but however something concerning the Seo. it isn't nothing to be concerned about so I would just ignore it at this point. May you have a successful week in all that you do.

This site has been around a year or so so I do not know why I am getting this now.

perhaps you have the Robot.txt activated in your All In One SEO.

I use Yoast

I don't use Yoast so your best bet is to ask Site Support as it could be a technical issue they can resolve.
Robert

Are you using the Yoast SEO plugin? If it’s related to one URL only, simply ignore it.
A robots.txt file is a tool related to SEO that says search engines do not access some files and folders.
Tom

Yes, I use Yoast! What would prevent them from accessing everything?

Please read “Why do you need robots.txt?” from:
https://moz.com/learn/seo/robotstxt
Tom

Contact site support. Anything that technical could be easily fixed that way or they'll tell you why it's happening.

If you put your actual blog post in a Safelist and you get clicks that way. Will it affect your say bounce rate and other things?

Hey Chris,

Am not sure what you mean by placing your blog post in a safelist. However, any system that encourages quick visits to any website could/would increase a site's bounce rate, yes.

Hope this helps you.

Thank you for your answer. I have seen when getting credits from the Safelists people's blog posts URL used but I guess I will not do that LOL.

I am running Twenty Eleven and I can add it in the featured image section but it does not show on my blog post.

This is a post that may help

Would you mind checking out this and letting me know if it helps:

I have the images already made and I made them on Canva using Blog Title. Thank you. I have them in the Featured Image section of the blog posts they just won't show up at the top of each post. But thank you your training was a good one.

My next suggestion would be making sure you have a post instead of a page, the featured image might not show the same.

After that, ask SiteSupport, they have access to your site that typical members do not. :)

Thanks, I will have to write support I appreciate you.
