Check if your theme has 'sticky post' option, Or you can change the posts to pages so you have more control.

Instal Grammarly, a free spell-check utility. Then edit with WP editor and it'll show if anything is incorrect.

I changed my niche a little bit and cannot remember how to change the first original title of my site that appears in the tab at the top of the browser if you are on the home p
There are at least 2 places where you can change your site title and tagline:
Appearance > Customize > Site Identity
Settings > General
and your SEO plugin may have an option too.
Your website title should be the user-friendly version of your domain name (so your readers don't get confused) and your tagline can be anything you want it to be.
Going to WP backoffice => Appearence=> Customizer => Site identity. Change your title or tag line there. Ensure to save and publish.
