My first blog as a newbie

Last Update: June 27, 2018

Hello all friends at WA!!

Believe it or not, but this is my first ever written blog post! I thought I'd update this since I want you to let you know that I am here and I thought about tel you a little about my journey thus far with the site and my experiences. This is also an excellent opportunity for you to comment on my usage of headers in my post, (if I use them correctly). For example, is H3 the one that's inserted below?

So, why am I doing this blog?

Well, that's because I would like to share my experiences and thoughts with you, the rest of the community and hear your opinions on my progress.Maybe it is extra important to me since I am blind and I want to be able to get as much as possible out of this as I can. Sometimes I may have to do things in a different way than you sighted folks do, but I have a good feeling that I will succeed in my mission.Hopefully, other people with disabilities could benefit from this as well.

How did it all begin

I have always wanted to make some income online, and I have searched for several ways to do that during the past few years, but I have only come across scams and expensive courses. Many of the options were not that accessible either to screen reader users, like me.I had read about affiliate marketing, but I did not pay that much attention to it, until a few weeks ago.I was sitting in front of my computer and doing some searching on Google when I came across the Wealthyaffiliate website.I started doing some research, listened to a few videos on YouTube and then I signed up through an affiliate link, and I noticed, wow! This is true, and it seems to be pretty accessible as well! And with all the great help I received from you, the community with my free membership I couldn't resist upgrading to Premium. This thing might be what it claims to be!

Current stage

So today, it was time to write my first ever blog post on here and then continue with creating the "About me" page on my domain.More things to come later as I progress. Is this stylish of writing OK to use in a blog, you think? This is an exciting and fun experience!Have a great day and thanks for reading!

Congratulations Christian to your first WA blog!
Very well done! I am very impressed, especially as you are blind. You are courageous and I already admire you even if I just have met you.

I remember my very first blog, one and a half year ago - I was very nervous about it. Since then I have learned so many new things.

Ha en jättefin dag du me´!

Hi Christian

Well done! So now that the ice is broken and the first blogpost went well, we can get the orchestra out, right? Since it is now "official" - that you can do it! Right? ;-) LOL!

Excellent - your first blog scored very well! ;-) You are a good writer! And your text layout looks good too.

You asked about the H3 headers, and yes, they inserted correctly and it looks good.

Do you know how to search for a member here on WA? We have another blind member in our community (that I know of). Type @EOPolini at the top search bar. His name is Edward.

We are excited to have you as part of our WA-family! If there is anything that I can help you with, or that you want me to look over for you - I'm only a PM away, okay? ;-)

Wishing you all of the very best and much success!
