I taught engineering in Ames for eight years. I've only lived in Idaho for 4 years although my dad homesteaded here before WW I. Interesting that we have such connections. I left Ames in 1974 . John

Hi Chris wow that is really neat. Hey here's one more...I was a Lutheran for five years and I was the first person to sing with a guitar in this 100 year old Lutheran church where I planted a church in Wisconsin.
Gods best to you and your family,
Sandi

Hi Sandi. Just wanted to comment how I have some kind of connection to each person who has stopped by my profile so far. Connections to you: I'm from the northwest. My wife just retired as a Lutheran pastor. I have two sons. They both love music. I play the guitar and have written some songs. The church my wife was at did a lot for people in need: summer lunch programs, school supplies, KidReach etc. Best of luck to your success.

Thanks for your welcome greeting Sylviane. Interesting how there is some kind of connection I have to each of the people who have stopped by so far. I studied Spanish in High School, and French the 1st two years of college (a lifetime ago!), and the company I work for now has a French parent company.
