I bought a godaddy .net domain name and now I am working on pointing the .net site to my siterubix site but cannot find the siterubix domain name settings (primary name

Just a quick question hun, why do you want to to point a sub-domain (siterubix) at a main domain yourname.net are they both the same names? If they are you may be better pointing the siterubix at the .net site

I have my siterubix and my .info all pointing at my .com site :-))
xx
Just my opinion mind :-))

Thank you for your feedback .... I actually want to replace the site rubix site with my .net domain. I finally figured out how to do that but I cannot find my primary and secondary name server. Went to details under manager in site rubix and still cannot find those 2 name servers. Could you help direct me on how to find my name server info for siterubix domain?

yeah, hold on hun

are you keeping the .net with go daddy or are you bringing it to WA

okay you can find your site server names at :
see attached file

Hope it helps you honey :-))

I know where to make the "blog posts" but I can not figure out how to specify what page I want it to appear under. Can someone help please?

Thank you all so much for the feedback. I actually just figured out what the difference between a page and a category is. I was confused by the word "page".... I thought that was what went into the menu bar, but that is not the case.

If anyone else runs into this issue here is the answer......
- A PAGE is static. It has only contains the content that is entered into the page.... like the 'privacy policy' page or the 'about' page
- A CATEGORY is where all blogs can be posted. (to add categories go to post drop down menu - then to categories).
Both the "pages" and "categories" can be placed in the top menu by going to the APPEARANCE tab in the wordpress back end menu.
- then go down to menu
- select pages first and add pages you would like to see in the top
menu (note select the menu you would like the pages to appear in
(top or bottom))
- next select the categories on the left under the menu drop down
and add the categories you would like to see in the menu bar on
your webpage (note: be sure to pay attention to what menu you are
adding to (top or bottom)).
- once all of the pages and categories are added to the appropriate
menu you can reorganize. simply click and drag. (top to bottom =
left to right on website men).

Try listing it as a child page and go to appearance, menu and add it to the menu then drag it to the page you want

If you want to CATEGORIZE, use this... You can CATEGORIZE your Blogs into your Pages.

The blog posts just go in order that you post them.

If you want them to also appear under a page then go to "Appearance" then to "Menu" and add kit there.

How do I specify what page I want my post to appear in and what is the category button good for?
