As you can see I have one on my site http://whatisinireland.com all you need to do is what Ken Pringle said. Just go to customize then click widgets and add a text widget. To get the code from the video (if it is a youtube video) below the video click share then you embeded then copy that code and paste it to the text widget.
You do not need to download a widget your website comes with all the widgets you will need. Ken has the answer for you.
Simply Add a text widget.
Copy the video code and insert it in the widget.
Be sure to size it to fit.

Noticed that i had some real time visitors to my site via google analytics, but the audience section doesnt show any of the recent visitors. Its numbers are static.
It may take time for the stats to show up on google analytics especially if you only have just signed up for it, It took more than a week for mine to start showing me stats. When it is running properly, whatever traffic comes today will be shown tomorrow,
